ABOUT PRIORITY FOUNDATION REPAIR

Built to Solve Structural Problems

Priority Foundation Repair is a local, woman owned Virginia Class A contractor specializing in foundation repair, structural repair, crawl space repair, waterproofing, drainage, and building stabilization throughout Hampton Roads and the surrounding region.

We built PFR around a simple belief:

The repair should fit the structure, not the other way around.

Foundation problems are rarely one size fits all. Every structure has a different history, soil condition, load path, construction method, and reason for failure. That is why our inspectors are trained to evaluate the structure as a whole before recommending a repair.

We are not a company built around one predetermined repair method. We are a specialty contractor focused on understanding the problem, identifying the conditions contributing to it, and developing the right scope of work to address it.

Residential to CommerciaL

Our work ranges from residential crawl spaces and foundation settlement to complex structural repairs and large commercial properties.

PFR performs foundation stabilization, helical and push pier underpinning, structural wood framing and floor system repairs, masonry repair, crawl space stabilization, moisture management, waterproofing, drainage, and other specialty structural repairs.

When a project requires engineering, we work alongside licensed structural and geotechnical professionals to help move the project from evaluation and design through construction and completion.

Whether we are stabilizing a homeowner's crawl space or performing engineered repairs on a commercial structure, our approach remains the same:

Understand the structure. Identify the cause. Build the right repair.

Our Standard

Our company is guided by three principles:

A Different Kind of Foundation Repair Company

PFR continues to invest in training, equipment, engineering relationships, field standards, and the development of our people because we want to be capable of solving increasingly difficult structural problems.

One of the things that makes PFR different is the knowledge shared between the people who evaluate structures and the people who repair them.

Our inspectors see structures in their existing condition and work to understand what is happening and why.

Our production teams see those structures opened up and experience firsthand how different materials, construction methods, and structural conditions perform in the field.

Both sides have knowledge the other side needs.

What our production teams learn in the field makes our inspectors better. What our inspectors learn evaluating structures makes our production teams better. Sharing that real world experience helps us identify problems more accurately, develop better scopes of work, and deliver better repairs.

We are proud to be a local company, but our goal has never been simply to become another foundation repair company.

Our goal is to build a specialty structural repair company capable of taking on the projects others may not be equipped to handle.

From homes to commercial buildings, our responsibility remains the same: Inspect with integrity. Build with purpose. Leave the structure better than we found it.
